Without resilience we can struggle to be at our best in ever changing world.  It is a way of thinking that enables you to gain control of your life and flourish.  An I Have Got This mindset empowers you to not only thrive in challenging times but also to consistently strive to be the best version of yourself.

Our thoughts really do have the power to influence every aspect of our lives. The good news is that everyone has the ability to change the way they think and alter their inner dialogue, with a little help from us.

We live in a fast paced world which can lead to burnout, stress and overwhelm.  This can affect our confidence and negatively impact on the quality of our lives. At I Have Got This we are passionate about changing that.  Our development and coaching programmes are built around the 6 thinking habits that build mental strength. When you have built an I Have Got This mindset you can positively tackle any challenges and adapt to any changes now and in the future.

I Have Got This was co-founded by us, Alison Burgess and Cathy Lawson and was born out of our own life experiences and passion for helping others.  Alison is a cancer survivor who has balanced running her own training and coaching business with illness, recovery and also carer responsibilities. Cathy, who experienced the stresses and challenges of high-pressured corporate roles whilst raising her 4 children who went on to successfully run her own coaching and mentoring practice to support others,   

We believe that even in the most challenging of times we all have the ability to adapt, develop and thrive to be our best selves. It’s our mission to help people harness the power of their thoughts by creating an I Have Got This mindset.

We help individuals think differently by developing mental strength. Our training and coaching programmes build cognitive (thinking) habits that empower us to be our best selves on a daily basis. These habits are our mental muscle and it are best built over time, with application and consistency. Our approach is ‘little and often’, gradually building the long lasting thought patterns that ensure ongoing success.
