Co-Founder
Cathy, a Chartered Management Accountant by
trade who spent 25 years of her career in Corporate leading a number
of large commercial and operational units, later specialising in
delivering change and transformation programmes.
Later in her career she worked in Talent, Learning and Leadership with her ethos that everyone is talented and resourceful but mindset
and attitude is what holds people back. It was then when she became fascinated by the human mind, positive psychology and the power of thought to understand why
some struggle whilst others thrive through change. She became
a qualified coach and started her own business help people and companies
discover the endless possibilities open to them – with the right perspective.
She is driven by helping people to achieve their
potential by helping them discover the endless possibilities and opportunities
available to them with new perspectives.
As working single mum of 4 children she also understands the challenges
of managing a family and career and how it feels to redefine yourself in the
workplace with conflicting demands, priorities and emotions. Because of
this she also dedicates time to support women to have both meaningful work and
fulfilled lives.
Although
we have both had varied career pathways and life experiences, we both recognise
and understand what it feels like to have life changing events that impact on
our beliefs, confidence and defining what we want from life. We have
also always held a key belief that has influenced how we lived and
worked…..
“even in the most challenging of times we all have the ability to adapt, develop and thrive to be our best selves”.
We realise that not
everyone thinks this way. For some, change can have a monumentally negative
impact on how they see their lives and feel about themselves both in work and
in life as a whole and we really want to change that. Developing a resilient,
I Have Got This, mindset opens up possibilities and opportunities to bring you
success in whatever you are looking to achieve.
We now dedicate the next phase of our personal evolution to help people develop a resilient mindset, be open to change and be the best version of their amazing selves!
